ENJOY THE FUN AND FRIENDSHIP OF OUR COMMUNITY CINEMA!

Initially sponsored by a pilot scheme, a lottery grant in 2007 enabled us to purchase our own big screen equipment – now recently updated – and we have been operating independently for over 10 years. We are a voluntary not-for-profit organisation.

Occasional films are shown on Wednesday or Sunday afternoons in the Village Hall. Screenings start at 2.30pm – but you are welcome to come from 2pm for a cup of tea in the Lounge beforehand.

All films are shown with English subtitles which enables those with any hearing loss to enjoy sharing films with friends and family. Everyone appreciates the sub-titles – they do not interfere with enjoyment of the film experience.
